Delivery Costs and Procedures

Vendor ensures the delivery of products through the delivery services provided by other companies. Delivery service providers and delivery prices are indicated in the "Delivery" section of the Internet Store. Buyer chooses the mode of delivery when making an order in the Internet Store. Buyer covers all delivery costs if they are under 40 EUR and if delivery is with Omniva parcel machines.

For orders with a total value of EUR 40 and more, we provide free shipping throughout Latvia with Omniva parcel machines!

For orders with a total value of EUR 70 and more, we provide free delivery throughout Latvia with Venipak courier!

Vendor commits to transfer the products to the delivery service provider within 3 (three) business days after receiving the payment for the order. The terms of delivery that are not covered by this Agreement, including the time period of delivery (after Vendor had submitted the products ordered to the delivery service provider) are determined by the respective delivery service provider.

Omniva parcel machines

Omniva parcel machines are available in different places throughout Latvia. You can select your preferred parcel machine upon placing an order in the www.manaskrasas.lv online Store. The shipment usually is delivered to your selected parcel machine within 2 days (except Saturday and Sunday). You can receive the shipment at the Omniva parcel machine daily, within 24 hours. After receiving confirmation SMS, you have 7 days to receive your parcel at the chosen parcel machine.

Delivery fee to Omniva parcel machine within Latvia - 3 euro.

Omniva parcel machines are available in different places throughout Lithuania and Estonia. You can select your preferred parcel machine upon placing an order in the www.manaskrasas.lv online Store. The shipment usually is delivered to your selected parcel machine within 2 working days. You can receive the shipment at the Omniva parcel machine daily, within 24 hours. After receiving confirmation SMS, you have 7 days to receive your parcel at the chosen parcel machine.
