Velvet Spray Yellow aerosol 100ml
Ingredients: E943a, E944, E943b, cocoa butter, colours: calcium carbonate E170, lutein E161b, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322; antioxidant: rosemary extract E392.
Use: Intended for decorating and colouring the surfaces of various confectionery products to create a “velvet” effect. Surfaces must be chilled. Shake before use! Spray in a thin, even layer, holding the can 15–20 cm from the surface. Allow to dry.
For the product to provide the best effect, it must be properly prepared for use. Before use, warm it in a water bath. To obtain the desired consistency, warm the container evenly, then shake the product. Remember that the temperature must not exceed 50°C. If the ball moves freely inside, you can start applying the product. Apply the product to well-chilled surfaces from a distance of about 25 cm. Velvet Spray can be applied in several layers. Before applying the next layer, allow the previous layer to dry. After finishing, place the cake or decoration in the refrigerator.
Dosage: 1g/kg
WARNING: Pressurised aerosol. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke nearby. Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a dry, cool, dark place!
